At OFCO, we are proud to present our Hake Project. We oversee the processing of hake for a client in Canada, with the final products being re-exported to Canada, the USA, and Europe.
White fish fillets, such as hake, require careful handling and precise processing to maintain their quality and texture. The reprocessing involves several steps, including filleting, skinning, deboning, washing, and freezing. Each step is carried out with meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality product.
A crucial aspect of this process is temperature control. Maintaining a consistent, low temperature throughout the process is vital to preserving the quality of the fish and preventing spoilage.
Vietnamese processors, known for their expertise and dedication, carry out the actual processing work. Their skill and hard work are integral to the success of this project. Vietnam, with its rich history in seafood processing, provides the ideal setting for such a demanding project.
The Hake Project goes beyond just reprocessing fish fillets. It’s about upholding the highest quality standards, meeting the specific needs of our clients, and contributing to sustainable business practices. This project, which we hold in high regard, embodies the values we cherish at OFCO.
